Documents of value
  In finance this normally means IOUs issued by banks to bearer or order, with the exception of notes, bonds and bills. The following must always be regarded as such:
  Certificates of deposit (CD's).
  Savings certificates to bearer, whatever they are called.
  Note: For reporting purposes Commercial paper and notes are reported separately.
